Need is for 1,000 trees to be nurtured per head.
Those who nurture 100 per year be given Priority Cards.
This only way to reverse Water Famine and FLOODING.
All Govt Agencies must prioritise provision of Land, Water, Tree type, Transport and Guidance for this citizen task.
Ground Water Charging must counter paving of habitat.
Check Dams must for each habitation.
